People doing drugs around the corner of the building was funny. First sign my cancelled reservation was for the best. Empty parking lot as well.

Although very reasonably priced and one of the least expensive motels in the area, the Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario had an 8.1 rating when we booked our room, which was significantly higher than all comparably priced properties. THIS IS NOT A TYPO OR A FLUKE!!!! The Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario make look a little run down from the road, but the rooms are spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable and quite roomy. The heater in the room works incredibly well, and we were very comfortable. As one of the other recent reviewers said, "THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN" if our travels bring us back to the area!

They clearly are making an effort to make this older property nice and updated--and mostly succeeding.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Id like a full refund of my money because I wasn't able to check in or even stay inside the room. I slept outside the motel because of the fact is that they wanted me to pay an extra $159 for a deposit but the website at booking. Com didn't even mention anything about a deposit. Close to the freeway. Lots of places to eat and shop less than 10min from motel. Seemed quiet safe and drama free. In other words boring, if that's what your into. Little bit too slow for me. If you got the family 10. If your looking to mix it up it gets a zero.
I had a tough week with work ...non- kinda thing and finally after past few experiences ive had with value motels for work it was good to stop here the manageris a very thoughtful pleasant fellow ,very nice wife and a cute little boy .a very nice family .the location was perfect for having to run downtown for permits for etc . The rooms and furnishiungswere simple but everything worked and clean a pleasure after so many let downs...I will stay here again gladly
This could be a decent motel if the rooms were cleaner. There was paint splatters the were not wiped up on the showers in both rooms we had and there is hand soap only provided in the bathrooms. Shampoo is provided for 3.50 for a miniature bottle in the vending machine near the lobby.
a paired down basic motel. the room was spacious and clean. the room needed a closet and additional towels. the location is close to the highway. public transit is close, but recommend using ride service or taxi. front desk very helpful. enjoyed my stay
