Staff was kind and courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I had to move to motel because my air conditioning went out. In Phoenix heat, that was serious.

I liked how close it was to the airport and the central areas had prettt fountains but that didn’t necessarily match the overall cheap motel style of the rooms

I had a connecting flight the next day and the motel was very close to the airport. It was a clean and newly updated room, There were all the amenities that were useful, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The friendly staff helped bring up a heavy bag to second floor.

For it being a cheap motel I really thought it was nice. Reviews made it seem like tons of homeless people hang out around it but it wasn't that bad.

Full time residents running drugs and prostitution from rooms, we had people knocking on our door at 2am looking for their woman, drug addicts and homeless living in parking lot walking around. Pictures of this motel on google should be fraudulent, homeless showering in the green pool on Saturday etc… dirty room, broken toilet seat, dirty shower, sheets had stains.

The motel is right off of the freeway. The staff was friendly. Checkin is somewhat quick. The lobby needs an upgrade . Rooms are cool and the refridger is a plus here in Arizona and what happened to th coffee pot ?

The bathroom had no door, the tub was clogged up, front door didn't close properly and we were charged twice for the stay. Booking.com charged us when reserving the room and the motel charged me again when getting the room. How can we get reimbursed for the extra $140 we paid? My number is 602-425-9752. Robert Keith
