The room was awesome! We only stayed one night, but if it has been more it would be the perfect set-up for hanging out and “down” time. Having a deck plus a lounging area is perfect.

Great location, close to the road, but quiet at night.
Our room faced the river in the back, where there were chairs and gazebos, very cozy.
Room was clean, great shower with strong hot water.

The location of this property is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the beach and the Marginal Way. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The office had delicious, brewed coffee that was available all day. Also, cold water with fresh fruit was available, a refreshing treat!

We liked the location and our room was nice and very clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit and read. Dustin, our host, was exceptional and was quick to respond with any questions.

We come here since many years. We love the proximity of the Footbridge beach and that we can walk to go to the beach. The pools are fabulous too and the motel itself is well maintained and very clean. ☺️
The breakfast on the porch with the view of the river and ocean beyond was incredible. Breakfast food was a nice variety and beautifully presented. Location is really the best bc of the proximity to the shops, restaurants and Ogunquit Beach. Our room was in the Court motel section off Beach St. Convenient to load and unload your car. We were on the first floor. Very quiet even though we were by the ice machine. The pool is smaller than it looks, but very inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

Location of my room was close to river and close enough to beach I jogged to main beach, up to footbridge and back rte.1 to motel. It really has a separate room for seating at table even though not advertised as 2 rooms.
Room was located close to the nice view of the water. Not far from Ogunquit Beach. Very spacious clean room with kitchen are with stovetop. Room looked freshly renovated with everything looking brand new. Very nice staff. The lady remembered me after 3 years, when I first stayed at this motel.
Good value motel near Ogunquit centre, with interesting walks from the hotel. Next to a good lobster restaurant. Two pools, breakfast and free parking. Nice town. Lots of restaurants. I'd stay again.
Excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. Lovely location and room as well. We were pleasantly surprised since we expected a very run of the mill motel. We would return when we have time to enjoy the lovely location on the water.
