The check-in process was very easy and automated. Key is presented like from a vending machine. Fastest check-in ever! Thanks! Walking in the updated decore was nice. I even liked the art on the wall of room #2. The water pressure was great as was the availability of hot and cold water (I take contrast showers). I took advantage of both the fridge and microwave. Both worked well. Watched a bit of TV. It's a bit small from the headboard by today's standards. But this IS a very small coastal town and I didn't expect city facilities. Check-out was as easy as arrival. Sorry I put the key in the wrong black box, but they were cool about it.

The Lowtide Motel has that Mom & Pop old-school feel with the benefit of being upgraded and really clean and comfortable. I made a last minute reservation at a busy time, and Dan was very proactive to ensure my stay was wonderful. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and that I had a peaceful stay. I love having a kitchenette in the room, and it was stocked with all the essentials I could need. Bed was super comfortable too. All in all a really great find and stay! I highly recommend!

Beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. Even tho it was Hog Wild weekend the place was very quiet after 9/10 pm with great neighbors in adjacent rooms. I didn't hear anything thru the walls not even television.
The motel is close enough to walk to have dinner at several places or even a local music show at the Rusty Anchor.
The price is right and the stay is comfortable.
Room was just the right size and had comfortable beds and all other necessities like microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was much better than other similar category motels that we have stayed before. Front office staff was very courteous and helpful . Will definitely consider staying here again if we visit ocean shores.
