Looking for a motel?
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

A nicely remodeled old-fashioned motel. You can practically park right in front of your door. Great pool! One of the better breakfasts as well.

A typical American motel in the middle of the great Kansas prairie. It had everything you want for a one night stay, the room was well equipped and comfortable, but nothing special. Its situation is central in this typical and atmospheric small town, which prides with the Fick Museum and the Buffalo Bill Center, both of which are worth the visit.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The towels were thick The breakfast was wonderful! Several items were homemade and the food was kept warm. There was a good variety of items on the breakfast table. The breakfast hostesses were very friendly and attentive. Our friends who were traveling with us were pulling a camper and were happy there were full hook-ups on the property so we were able to go back and forth from our room to their trailer. The motel was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area.
