Very clean, nice bed. Kitchen and Bathroom worked well.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. No meals supplied but there are a couple of close-by convenience stores with hot food, cold drinks, and breakfast supplies. The room had a fridge and microwave to make it practical to prepare simple meals.
This is an older motel-style hotel but the rooms have been extensively updated.
Much cheaper than in San Francisco but only a few stations away on the BART which is a short walk away, and free buses circulate around Oakland, including to the Amtrak station.
I liked price paid for room rate . Finally under $50!! It's a 2 star motel that's clean but mold and mildew in every bathroom in all rooms I've stayed in. Over 30 rooms in past 6 months.
