This was my second stay. It's an older hotel but very close to the boardwalk. The staff is super nice. It's also dog friendly!!

Location was great for boardwalk, restaurants. Plenty of parking.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
What great family run motel. Two blocks from the beach and boards. You can walk to everything or take the tram car. Pool is nice. Small but has an 8 foot deep end. Donna the owner is terrific. The room we were in had a little kitchenette. Stove top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the plates, pots and utensils. Great family atmosphere. Sit outside your room and make friends with the other guests. We will be back!
Friends and I decided to go on a little mini vacation and chose the Lollipop Motel, we were a little nervous because of past experiences at other motels. But the lollipop was awesome. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the environment was good energy and people, and the room was perfect for us and very clean! We had a great weekend thanks to them!
Good location. Block from the beach and a couple blocks from Seaport. 2 bedroom was good setup for a motel. Full size fridge in 1 room and small fridge in the other room and each room had a full bathroom.
The location was perfect, just north of the busiest section of the boardwalk. The motel was also clean and the pool was great to have when the ocean water was getting rough.
Donna was absolutely delightful!!!
I also enjoyed the house keeper Mary. This motel has a cozy atmosphere, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
I would highly recommend this motel for travelers.

Clean rooms. Nice sized rooms. Great location. Quiet, close to boardwalk and some restaurants. Pool set up very nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Felt very safe in the Motel and in the ares.
