Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Friendly staff, coffee and a few donuts available in morning, pool and playground for kids. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the motel feel and having a chair to sit outside and watch the thunderstorms rolling in
Perry’s Motel and Cottages is a family run business. I loved that we were in the woods with a gorgeous Mountain View. The proximity to all the attractions that North Conway has to offer and proximity to shopping is wonderful. The owners live on site and are available to help with anything! We forgot a wine bottle opener, asked if they had one, the owner went into his home and brought one to us within 2 minutes. The inground pool is heated and we spent several hours swimming which tired the kid
Out!
Staying at the Colonial was a last minute reservation. The rooms we clean and comfortable. It's a family owned Motel and they were very friendly and accommodating. Would definatly go back for another stay.
It was just such a pleasant experience - especially for the price. It was very clean, property is perfectly maintained, the staff were VERY nice, and helpful - particularly the man who cleans the pool, as well as the family who own and operates it. This is a basic motel that delivers what a traveller needs: clean accomodations, a pool for those hot days, morning coffee and well located.
Great place to stay. Plenty of parking. Room was very clean. Excellent location. Getting ice was convenient. Overall I would recommend the Colonial Motel for staying at.
Is a nice "old school" motel. I was traveling alone, spending the weekend doing a bunch of hiking around Conway. For the price, this was a great value.
