The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I’ve slept on anywhere! I’d come back for this alone. The motel is right across the street from the beach.

Motel location is great. Private passage to a beach is a nice bonus. You exit your room and in one minute you are already on the beach.

The main thing the motel has going for it is its own section of beach on the Bay. It was also affordable. Because of another guest, our room flooded the first night of our stay. The manager took care of it right away and gave us another room that was larger.

Surprisingly good quality for a motel branded Econo Lodge. Although the building is a bit dated, my room on the second floor was very clean, well equipped, everything in good working order. Friendly staff, good location close to the beach and to restaurants and supermarkets. Recommended.

Not much…highly disappointed with our stay. The room was outdated and smelled of order, we felt very insecure with Motell…period! It was like a shelter for the disadvantaged and hopeless.

The motel is conveniently located between NIT (Norfolk International Terminal) and NOB (Norfolk Naval Station). The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. Parking is ample. The staff was pleasant and check-in was quick.
