Very clean. Easy to get around to where we needed to go. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the provided lawn chairs, much better than sitting in a hotel room!

Although the room #7 being dated it was clean. Darker curtains would be a plus but would not stop us from staying again. Shower was awesome. Hotter than you need with great pressure.

The room had smelt like some one had smoked in it, and it was of some disrepair. When asked for another room the manager had told us there were no other rooms available, so we had to leave because of allergies. we ask about a refund and was told to contact booking.com for that. booking would only reimburse their part of the transaction. So we paid For not staying, NOT HAPPY

Even though it's an old motel, it has all necessary facilities. Room is good enough to occupy 4 people in 2 queens bedroom. 10mins from Niagara falls. Cheaper than staying close to goat Island.

I love the location of the motel it's right on the Niagara River wherein I brought a fishing pole I could have gone fishing off the break wall. the owners were very helpful and I love how they inner act with the customers when you check in. I will stay there again in the future.
We were looking for motel near Niagara Falls, parking near the door, to sleep. We found all these. 11 minutes driving to the Niagara park, Gout island gave us to be on site early morning, free parking (pay from 8 am), wonderful walking trough empty park.
The location and staff are great. If you're like me, you'll appreciate the nostalgic motor lodge feel of the motel. If you're looking for high end amenities, this isn't for you. It was perfect for our weekend road trip to the falls.
