Although old, the rooms had modern comfort and were very clean. We appreciated the homey feeling and the nice owners. The motel is situated on a state road, but it is relativy calm at night. The creek and bushes with the signing frogs at night helped us sleep.

It was a 3-min drive from Woodbury. We stayed yhere on our way driving upstate New York and then back.
The room was simple, but relatively clean. We were a bit worried before staying there (given the comments and the rating) , but after seeing the room and stayed for 2 nights, we can say it is good for a quick stay after shopping.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
It’s perfectly adequate. Close to Stewart airport (short ride, not really possible to walk).
Some aspects are a bit tired but it is very clean.
Staff are exceptionally friendly (Louis- he was fab and happy to answer all of my question) and the cleaning ladies were very friendly too. Louis makes exceptionally good coffee in the morning!
It'd be nice if someone actually was there should I could have got what I paid for and she's there for this is not a motel or a hotel and there was no staff I was left out without being able to get what I paid for and I demand my money back all of it.
I felt like the price I paid was too much. The motel needed a lot of fixing up.
