Really clean room, modern furniture. There is a fridge and a microwave so that was handy.The neighbourhood is a little sketchy, but during daylight it's okay. There is a bus stop going downtown at 5 minutes walk

Friendly staff, they accommodated us with a late check-out, grab-n-go breakfast included (nice sur’rise), water, coffee, that was all nice. Bed comfortable, clean, no cockroaches, mini fridge.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

The staff was extremely friendly, the continental breakfast was satisfying, the gated parking felt safe, and the area itself felt very secure. After reading reviews, we were worried, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that all the negative reviews were exaggerated. While it's not a resort or a fancy hotel, for a motel-type accommodation, it is very decent and affordable.
The accomadation was clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was big with a good shower. Their was free parking on the street. It had a hottub in the back yard. It was in a very nice area with a walk in to New Orleans or a tram ride from a near by street.
The original code we received wasn't working, but fortunately I was able to reach management right away and they sent me a new one - even remotely unlocked the door so we could get our stuff in the apartment while we made sure the new code was working. The apartment was a great size for 2 people, everything was very clean, we had enough towels - and it was nice to have a kitchen. It is in good proximity to the convention center - and walkable to the French quarter, the river walk, etc.
Free parking, huge bonus. Location is great, in terms of easy walk to French Quarter, jazz bars, etc. The house was very clean. A/C in the bedroom was welcomed!
