The rooms are very, very clean with updated appointments and amenities. The room size is efficient, however adequate. The grounds are meticulously maintained and very colorful, with a wide variety of blooming plants and shrubs. The owners live on site and are attentive to your needs. They are also very friendly!
The available bagged ice and bottled water was very convenient and saved us trips to the store.
Of course, the location is just perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location. Room looked recently remodeled. Had small fridge, diswasher, and small stove. We didn't use it, but will next time. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice large screen TV. Very friendly staff. We will be coming back if going to this area again. Very close to shopping and restaurants in Narragansett area. Beach directly across from motel. Staff gave map and list of local amenties, restaurants, and shopping. We were very pleased.
One of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed at. Kudos to the staff!! Location is across the street from a beautiful beach so no need to drive. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway.
