Cocusa Motel, hotel in Burlington

Located off Interstate 5 in the Skagit Valley, this Burlington motel features a beautiful private landscaped courtyard.

Stayed here a few times. Very good value. Competent and polite staff, clean room with a fridge and coffee maker. Very close to the I-5 freeway. Easy walking distance from a grocery store, Starbucks, and some restaurants. Exterior will fool you on your first visit. It is pleasant once you’re inside, and there is a nice courtyard to relax in if you have the chance. Continental breakfast is appropriate for the price. Nothing fancy, but the dining room is nice and the selection of food is acceptable.

It was like an old school motel but perfect for our one night stay since we had gone to grandchild's soccer game and did not want to drive back to Portland in the dark.

I didn’t eat the breakfast. Location was close to my activities. There isn’t anything else even remotely complimentary that I can say.

Nothing, worst motel we have ever stayed at, there were no rooms available or we would have left, the room was filthy, the carpet terrible, the smell was horrible. Nothing will change because if Wyndham read the reviews they would take their name off it. I would like my money back!
