Sussex Motel, hotel in Milford

Sussex Motel is offering accommodation in Wantage. Free Private parking. At the motel the rooms come with a private bathroom.

What a quirky place! And I mean that in a good way. My room had a corrugated metal ceiling and a cinderblock wall. The furniture and light fixtures looked like a mishmash from various living rooms. The wall art defies description. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant, clean and the bed pretty comfortable. I slept well. (Outside, the frogs and crickets were loudest I've heard.)

For a small motel , it was definitely the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. King size bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was completely separate from the sleeping area which made it very convenient or 2 people. I would definitely make it a point to stay there on our way back to Maine next year.

Scottish Inns is a very well kept motel with some hotel touches such as coffee machine, microwave and good sized fridge. It was extremely accessible, convenient to everywhere - central Milford, the highway, the commercial zone and in particular to the Village Diner. The diner is literally right next door and has great food, American and Greek. Scottish Inns also had the dark curtains to enable folks to sleep I, which we very much needed to after a long drive. All in all, our stay at Scottish Inns was excellent.

Best budget motel I've ever stayed in, an old-timey winner. Although the room was kind of small, it was very clean, with nice seating, bedding and carpeting, great lighting, a TV that actually works, a fridge, sparkling bathroom fixtures, convenient parking. Also, a mention about the vast lawn out front, with rustic wood carvings (a bear, eagles); and pretty much out of range of Route 6 traffic noise. The operator knows what people want. All this, and a short drive east to the classic shiny "Village Diner".

This is a great place to stay in the Milford area you can't beat it for the price and the cleanliness. The owner is very organized friendly and polite. The place is well cut up it's in a nice wooded setting on the fringes of Milford PA. I like everything about this motel. It is convenient clean respectable and the staff is on the ball.

This place is not really a motel, but a series of small cabanas. Each with two units side-by-side with a private parking spot. The room is very large with the seating area and stuffed furniture’s. It was clean and well appointed, cozy, and a bit old Timey in design, but clearly recently Appointed I like the set up and would definitely go back. Because it’s very private and quiet. I would have liked a small microwave. But there is a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Breakfast is not included

Location for what we were there for was excellent. It is a very small cute town. Not much shopping but decent eating places. Breakfast was first rate even though it is not located in the motel. It is four buildings down in a sister hotel.
