We liked that the unit comes with a tub. If you are reasonably fit, you can walk to/from the University Metrorail station, it is walkable. Also walking distance you have McD, Dennys, Starbucks and a CVS. The front desk guy was very nice and let us use his microwave for our supermarket burritos.

We couldn’t acces our room because of lack of communication. We reach the motel and stood there for 20 minutes and no one to receive you.
