Very nice and modern motel, clean and comfortable. For some reason, my room had no TV and I was given another room straight away. Very reasonably priced.
Clean and updated. Clean pool area. Plenty of towels and pillows. Lady at check-in counter was super nice, very fast and efficient. Restaurant next door was great and easy to get to from the motel.
The only good part of this was the location was right next to shops and restaurants otherwise this was worse then a super 8 or a local motel. Unclean , extremely dirty halls and surroundings one of the rudest staff
The rooms are clean and comfortable; the set up is more like a motel with rooms very similar to Best Western brand. The location is near the town of Lebanon, a charming small town typical of middle America. We had a great dinner at the Golden Ram in Lebanon. The breakfast in the main home of the Inn was excellent with lots of choices; the kitchen and cook were right there. She asked me about the breakfast choices .
I wish every older motel/inn were taken care of and kept up clean as well as this nice little place! Very well maintained facilities. Such a nice, quaint, simple and comfortable place to stay.
This is an unexpected find. Kirkwood Inn is more similar to a bed and breakfast than motel. The owner greets you and will tell you about the history of this special space. Sandy, I believe, is the most gracious host. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the grounds offer restful respite from a day at Kings Island.
