This is an eclectic and fun place to stay! Wish we had more that one night here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was something planned for every day of the week from scheduled bike rides to aqua zumba to live bands. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was the standard complimentary fare but was set in an awesome lodge with a fireplace. This is where you also check in. Garden of the Gods was practically at their back door. Nice location. If we come by this way again, we will be staying here, and for more than one night.

Owner very, very friendly. We received goody bags with snacks, fruit and water bottles. Owners very accomodating of our SUV with trailer, as the parking lot can be a little tricky to manoeuvre.

This motel is a short walk to downtown Manitou Springs and just across the street from the stop for the free shuttle that took us to the cog train depot. Comfortable bed and quiet. Lovely heated pool which we enjoyed.
Breakfast was adequate , items neatly organized. The Motel's location is ideal--within walking distance of downtown, and conveniently located across the street from a shuttle bus stop. Belladonna and Keira, the two young ladies in the office, were sincerely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and requests. Cleanliness was top notch in the rooms, on the grounds, and in the swimming pool area
This small family run motel was perfect for us. It just looks like a basic motel from the outside, but don't let that fool you - inside was clean, the memory foam beds were very comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. It was close enough to easily walk into the heart of town for a fun evening, without being too loud or busy. Best of all, when I accidentally left a small item in the room, the customer service was outstanding. Would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you!
The motel was definitely an old-school motel with actual door keys. It was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff was awesome. Just a 5 minute walk to the free town shuttle stop.
