The breakfast was not great. Found old used towels hanging on bathroom door and toilet was used,(toilet paper and Urine left from last guest or cleaner), and not clean.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
This is my third time staying at this property and I am planning to come back. Every single time the customer service is at the highest level, everything is clean and functioning, and rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay (which is really impressive for a two-star motel). The location is extremely convenient to any hikes in Franconia State Park. There is a gas station nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The the facilities are old, but the bathroom had been modernized. We liked it enough to extend our stay.
The location was excellent. We loved the owner and his wife. They were very friendly and responsive. It was the cleanest motel I ever stayed in. You can tell how proud they are of their property. I would recommend it to anyone and look forward to returning.
The breakfast room is huge, the products offered are above average for this type of motel (bananas would be a bonus).
The rooms are clean and large. I had both a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine, which is great.
The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing! We chose this motel for the location, which was conveniently located close to our destination and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Property was so nice being right on the river. It is an older motel so there was a little mustiness to the room but it had nice big windows and this time of year we could open the windows and get glorious fresh air and the beautiful sound if the river behind the motel!
Everything was so clean and the room was a nice size!
