Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
The hotel staff did not seem to use a computer so they did not know about our reservation. The motel was fully booked except for a suite which he gave us for the one night. The cost he charged was above the price quoted us by booking.com but still acceptable to us. We had a super large room which looked like it had been an apartment, kitchenette, extra beds, 3 sofas and two TV's.
The staff was exceptional wearing a smile from shift start to end.The manager should be the model of all motels there was an aura that flowed throughout the property. Since Corona my concern is the sudden down turn in all CS areas and to a more relaxed attitude while shopping was virtualy a game
