Was hesitant before booking as it says new on Booking.com, but I would say its totally worth booking the motel. Clean room and I think they just renovated it. Staff was friendly and they have enough parking to park your Truck.
We can't fairly rate the facility as we did not stay there. The hotel had a lost electricity and after two hours, they transferred us to another motel, which had a much friendlier staff and satisfactory facilities.
