The staff were very helpful for a budget motel style. The hotel was old but the rooms had been nicely renovated and were very comfortable. Location to downtown was excellent without being right in the hub bub of tourist town.
Pleasant, no frills motel conveniently situated on the edge of downtown, right next to the State Museum. Easy walking distance to all downtown and harbour attractions, excellent breakfast café on site. Helpful and friendly staff with free airport shuttle service. Very pleasant two night stay.
Typical American motel, just outside the main part of town, but within easy walking distance. very clean and functional and exactly what you would expect from this type of property. would certainly stay again. staff were good and great airport pickup service available.
Brought my teenage son with me on a work trip and wanted to stay extra in Juneau to make it more fun. Chose this hotel because we wanted a central location, kitchenette and good value. Location was ideal! We walked everywhere. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room offered exactly what we wanted though it was not the nicest quality. Reminded me of a typical Motel 6.
The Sandpiper restaurant next to the motel - when open - was excellent. Not much good about the hotel.
