My stay here was just totally fine. I was greeted with politeness and courtesy. I was able to borrow an iron immediately. There was a problem with the sink stopper and they fixed it in a timely manner. My first concern in any motel is cleanliness and my room was immaculate. (And no carpets!) I believe this facility is owned / managed by a family - every office person I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Motel 6.

The staff was great, the rooms were what was expected for the area, However Management should be of BLAME an accountable for his staff , personnel, guests and have every thing under control in that motel 100% at all times! The place needs some respect a few touches up!
it was the worst motel stay ever. Management was unprofessional. stating that fights and uncleanlinesses is throughout the hotels in Joliet. she was more combative then reassuring.
