We came into town for an appointment at Mayo Clinic and the motel wasn't too far from there. The staff was the best staff I've ever had anywhere I've ever stayed. Brian at the front desk was very professional and super friendly. The ladies that worked the bistro were also very accommodating. We will be making multiple trips back and forth to Mayo and plan to stay here whenever in town.
Everything was fine until I checked out and they kept my deposit and charged my card another $100 because that said I took a towel and a plastic ice bucket? The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard I offered to turn around and come back but she said no need I’m just in awe of how they charged me an extra $200 like I really need to steal a stiff motel towel
Comfortable place to stay for a night. Laundry available onsite. Good breakfast options. Walking distance to lots of food places for dinner/lunch options. We had a lovely view of trees out the window. Free Parking onsite.
