Motel is in a good general location, not too far from Floyd or surrounding areas. Motel is clean and price is very reasonable. Overall a good clean place to stay for the money.

I personally love motels as it’s easy to back the car up to the door and easily get luggage into room.

Heater worked well although fan for heater was loud during the night.
A few restaurants and gas were very nearby.

The facility is old, but the old stuff was clean. This is an old, somewhat refurbished motor lodge. Room is very affordable and the trade off is..mits old and they are "cleaning" old stuff.
I've stayed in old places where they did not attempt to clean the old stuff.
For an inexpensive nights stay, it's fine, you get what you are paying for...mostly a swept floor, tidied up bathroom and clean sheets.

We were having trouble finding something open late, and they had a good price, so we were sceptical as it was a motel. But the room was clean, smelled great, the king sized bed was VERY comfortable, it had a small counter and extra sink for food prep, and the other guests were all respectful. The Owners were very nice and helpful. This will be our regular stop from now on.
Older motel but very clean. Price was excellent for being able to stay in a quiet, clean motel, even if it was a little dated. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
