I loved the location and the Ranch idea and was pleasantly surprised that they offer coffee, Thea and juice in the morning.
Great staff who also made sure that we could use our room hours earlier than the official check in time.
It’s also out of the Bryce Cannion Area so not to many tourist there but a short 25 minute drive to the Park

The room was decorated well with the Harley theme. The beds were excellent and bathroom quite spacious. Parking was convenient as it was just outside of our room (given it's a motel). Toiletry amenities were decent too.

The motel is situated in a very beautiful landscape and there is a nice mountain view. The host was very friendly and gave us great advice on the national parks and attractions nearby.
Motel delivers in what is promised, a clean room near the national parks. The hotel is kitchey and the staff are nice. Restaurant next store has the best burger I have ever had!

We had a nice view on the mountains. It was possible to open the window, there was an insect screen to prevent bugs in your room.
There was also a sort of diner in the motel, where we had a good American dinner and a wonderful breakfast.
Off the beaten path, yet so close to everything southern UT has to offer. Don’t stay at an over priced “resort” or motel near the national parks, stay here!!! Jean has thought of everything; the “before you arrive” guide helped before and repeatedly during our trip to help use the retreat and give us ideas for the local area we wouldn’t have known otherwise. It made for a comfortable and exciting week! My family has made memories for life on this vacation.
