Best location in Hampton. Love the bunny's in the courtyard out back. This was our 3rd year here and we will be back next year. Will be requesting a 1st floor room in courtyard next year. My Sister's and I don't like climbing stairs! Everything else about this place was great. One of the best swimming pools in Hampton. But it's really the location of this motel that sells it for us every year!!

This is a typical motel on the coast in New-England. The separate 2 bedrooms were appreciated. The AC was efficient and consist of a window unit in the living room and a portable unit in one of the bedrooms (the second bedroom does not have any). Parking is free and not crowed. The location is great. Literally a very short walk to the boardwalk, beach, bars, restaurants and other activities. Sami the manager was never very far if assistance was required.

The location is phenomenal. The staff were super friendly. It had an old school motel vibe right on the boardwalk. The balcony was great for people watching as also. The check in / parking situation could have been difficult BUT the front desk was super helpful and descriptive.

We loved this town. The homes are beautiful. Plenty of places to eat and drink. The motel was a disappointment. Clerk signing us in was more interested in a phone call than me. Asked for the wifi password. It was printed at the counter and I had to write it down myself. Usually printed right on the key card envelope. Our first floor room had a giant king bed. Room had very few places to plug our electronics into. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Room was quiet. AC/heat machine was on its last leg.

The location is great! We walked everywhere and never had to move from our parking spot at the motel. Having a designated parking space, especially during a busy holiday week, was crucial. Also, the owners were super friendly and accommodating.

We went down the street for breakfast at IHOP just 15 min drive. Many stores near by too. Around the motel many good places to eat.
