I had a bad experience. I don't know how you can be such a bad person, that man at the reception. I arrived an hour before check-in. He told me it was wing three. I told him oki, I'll wait sitting here, and he told me you can't be here. I told him. I commented, please, I don't have anywhere to be and it's very sunny and hot outside. Well, okay, I went out and waited outside. I waited for my time to come in and when the time came, I went in and checked, and he gave me a room. dirty, I go back to him and tell him why he gives me a dirty room. His response was that he didn't know for God's sake. abuser. I don't recommend it.

The room still had somebody used towels hanging g in bathroom.The bathroom walls was dirty floors was sticky... AC unit smell like hot urine... I very uncomfortable the whole time..

I honestly couldn’t think of anything that I enjoyed about this stay or this hotel.

The location is the best part of this hotel. we were there to be close to the convention center and it was very practical location. But otherwise it was a very basic hotel/ motel. Where not even a 1 bottle of water was provided and when asked about it to the staff they acknowledge it was weird policy of the hotel but policy nevertheless to not provide drinking water in the guest rooms.
It was very clean ,the staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms are huge, and newly remodeled, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there,however there is a shady motel across the street with alot of drug activity and prostitution but it's very safe at baymont
The hotel was very nice with a motel like lower level and a hotel like upper level which was more safe feeling for me and my daughter. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the pillows. The breakfast was delicious but I wished that bacon was available. The waffle maker was very nice and the staff assisted me in using it correctly. All of the staff was pleasant and friendly.
Loved the motel. However the refurbishment (dust) caused my allergies to flare up. Coughed a lot through the night. It only takes a bit of dust to stir me up.
It was a beautiful room though. Will be wonderful when finished.
The room was large and had a desk and two chairs (important for us.) The breakfast was typical for motels and hotels. The coffee was very good and the woman attending was helpful.
The price was low enough that I wasn't surprised by the shabby condition of the motel. BUT I'm happy if the location is quiet, the bed comfortable and the AC, TV and appliances are in working order.
The staff was friendly, the motel was nice. The continental breakfast was good. The location to the events center was within a couple of miles and there were restaurants close as well as a Walmart for all of your things you may need.
