Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
A good place to stay: comfortable king bed; superb cleanliness in room & elsewhere; quiet; able, effective, pleasant staff; breakfast room, staff, and breakfast itself all better than average; convenient, clean, free parking. Only one working elevator caused a bit of waiting, but repairmen were there attending to the out-of-order second elevator.
Everything was good, except for two dogs barking and growling at each other. Also one dog peed in the elevator which was gross and on the floor in front of the elevator. Every time someone walked by a certain room their dog would start barking. Then there was two dogs fighting in the hall. Dogs belong at their home, not in a motel!
We were in Gillette for the birth of our first grandchild. The location was great as it was close to the hospital. It was nice to have a restaurant within the complex of the motel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Employees were nice and friendly. We will stay here again.
Great location
Room was very, very clean and comfortable.
I’m really picky when it comes to motel rooms and I can honestly say this was one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in.
Thank you Gillette Days Inn.
The motel is clean and very relaxed. The breakfast is served everyday and enough variety to feed all types of taste buds. All of my special requests regarding anything in the hotel were granted. All the employees were always kind and working hard on the guests!
Though this is an older property, it was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and provided detailed information about the room and breakfast. Included in the price of the room is a hot, sit-down breakfast at the restaurant attached to the motel. I highly recommended staying here- it’s a great value for the price.
