Very friendly staff the rooms were very clean even though it is a older Motel I think it was cleaner than something newer places that we stayed in for sure
We couldn't of picked a nicer motel. The staff was very nice our room was extra clean and quiet. I'd pick the Arcadia over the higher priced motels anytime.
Price was the main reason I chose this motel. I have stayed here 3 times over the past couple of years. It is always quiet and we are able to bring our dog for an extra fee.
Night staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. The motel is clean and comfortable with most amenities comparable to that of higher priced motels.
When you stay on a motel row location, you might as be anywhere. The Monument Inn is located in a quiet area, with trees and lawn, clean rooms, and more local options for meals. The friendliness of the local staff was reflective of the friendliness expected in a small town. Clean pleasant rooms, staff, and easily accessible to whatever you might want or need.
Excellent accommodations. Tom was very thorough in explaining how everything worked. These two motel owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. To the point of telling us to call within 15 minutes if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. Even furnished old wash cloths to clean our windshield.
