Extremely clean, comfortable beds, very quiet.
We have came to the area every year for the past 9 years for my husbands company picnic at Dollywood.
We have stayed at many different places from cabins to upper scale hotels in the area and this has been the cleanest room I’ve been in.
It’s so close to down town that you can walk to the aquarium and many restaurants.
Despite being so close it’s very quiet and peaceful.
I’m honestly blown away with our stay and hope to stay again next July!

Location Location Location! This hotel exceed our expectations as far as Location was concerned. We basically parked and walked everywhere the entire stay, so we avoided the $20 daily parking fees. We loved the fact that they had an indoor & outdoor pool, Check in & Check out was easy.

Its so cozy on the outside and when you get inside its like an average hotel! i was so happy to see this. The bathroom shower wall was so shiny my family could see my reflection on its surface through my facetime call. The shower got to a very nice temperature, and the air con in my room worked wonders.

On Highway 441, this Tennessee motel features an outdoor pool and free property-wide Wi-Fi. Guests can also take advantage of being 3 miles from the Dollywood theme park.

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Everything was fine, apart from mentioned below.
It was great to have free parking so close to the town centre.

Private balcony, large room, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed. I wish we had found this room instead of the one we stayed in for 4 days! This room was so comfortable and you would never guess that it was a two star motel once you got in the room. Private parking, private balcony and you're only 500 ft from the main strip in Gatlinburg. Such a nice room.
The room was very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that they kept the old school Gatlinburg feel. It's a very cute and inviting motel. Also being so close to the Village is a major plus. Love the location next to the creek. Very peaceful.
Great location, room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast. We don’t go to resort towns to eat at the motel but I will say it looked fine. Will stay here again
This is an older motel but very clean. It is located on a beautiful stream and we even saw a bear by it. Kids loved the pool area and park area. Fire pit with plenty of chairs. The trolley bus stopped right next to it so can go many places and mever get in car. Walking distance to good pizza and other eating places.
If you’re staying for one or two nights, this motel would be fine. For longer stays I would not recommend. My kids liked the pools and the creek. The room had a balcony and were clean.
