It was good. No bar soap for washing hands. It was suppose to be ready by check in time. Then they said I had no reservation when I booked online. It was just one issue after another. I don't think I will ever stay at a motel again because your privacy is not respected at all
It was noisy. Couldn't get much sleep. People knocking on the walls and because of that I had to go another motel because I wanted my dog to be with me. There were always issues. It was not a good fit for me because I enjoy my privacy and don't like people in my business. That's just me
It was new. Although it was owned by the same families that own most of the motels in the area, there was enough pleasant staff hired from the community to communicate with and say good morning back.
I liked my balcony room. I like the internet TV because I watch alot of You Tube. The location is great, it's beside the mall, convenient to i85, there's a waffle house and several restaurants in walking distance. The workout room has nice equiptment.. I would prefer this indoor pool over the one next door at its sister motel next door. It's more private here.
I would highly recommend this Motel 6. It is clean, the staff is awesome. They take care of you. We went to 2 Kings Casino and when I called at 1:50 pm on Saturday 11-6-2021 to see when we could check in. The lady said 2:00 pm but she called me back at 1:10 pm to tell us our room was ready if we wanted to check in early. That's what I call great customer service!!!
