While the facility is older, the room was clean. The location is close to Navarre bridge, restaurants, Walmart etc.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Motel was in a great location and was clean. The tiki bar next door was amazing, although the band played pretty late and could disturb if you were trying to sleep.
I loved that it was very clean and the majority of people we met were very nice. The pool was the cleanest pool we have ever seen. The motel staff was very nice with one exception. The weight room was clean and tidy as well. Washer and dryer was nice to use on sight.
Nothing, this should not be called a resort as it is a motel. We were placed in a concrete room with no windows, balcony or a view of the water. We opened the door of the room to the front bumper of vehicles in the parking lot, I asked to be moved to a room where we could at least see the water and was told it would be a $300 upgrade.
