The location and balcony were perfect, facing the lake and nature reserve. Easy checkin and out by pleasant friendly guys, one of them went above and beyond to get us a cab to town. Excellent massive shower, comfortable beds and a spacious room

The location is great and the view is gorgeous. It has beach access and beautiful flower garden in the backyard along the walkway. Loved our balcony on the second floor. We liked the simplicity of the checking in and out process. It is a small place with limited amenities but since we were there to experience the outdoor, we didn't need anything else. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, such as microwave, fridge, spa with a big tub, etc.

Clean but old and outdated. The room only had Heating and didn’t have AC. To cool the room down you have to open the windows and leave the door open. Almost no hot water for the shower. When someone else turned on the hot water you then had a cold shower. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, a loaf of bread and two kinds of sugar cereal, banana and apples. I would not go back for $140. Motel offers more for a better price.
I didn't have high expectations to begin with, for it is a Motel 6. Dont waste your time. We did not even stay. We walked into the room and asked for a fan or a different room. Was told no. There is nothing positive about this property.

Very basic room and good value for the money. We wanted a comfortable bed and we got it. We wanted a clean room and it was pretty clean. We wanted microwave refrigerator TV and the coffee maker was a plus. The continental breakfast was simply grabbing a few danish, etc., but it was nice to have it and for the price of the motel I thought everything was well done. Front desk clerk wasn’t particularly friendly, but he was completely straightforward. That’s OK.
It was a very simple motel for the price. We had to book last minute because a different hotel in Mendocino had mold in the room. Parking was easy as it was right outside the door.
Towels were clean, bed linens appeared clean as well. The fridge worked and there was hot water. Wifi worked and there was a TV in the room.
