Family that runs it is very friendly. We have stayed there 4 times and rooms are always clean. Great rates!

Very clean, updated motel, great value for the money located close enough to restaurants and downtown, 15-20 minutes walking, or 10 minutes to the red trolley line that gets you around everything that has to be seen in Eureka Springs.
I have to manshion that we left behind a device and they were very prompt in their communication with us and handling the matter very proper! Over roll, high recommended!

The motel was super clean & the owner is super awesome, very personable & he was right there for anything we needed! The evenings were great as we could walk out on the balcony & watch the woodland creatures come up & eat, they were very entertaining! Highly recommend! David, & Molly
It is an older motel but our room was one of the newly remodeled rooms. It was nice and clean, pretty new decorating, close to the center of town. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a microwave in our room. That made it nice.

We have stayed at the JOY motel for many years. It’s exciting to see it being maintained and improved over time. It will always be our first choice when we come to Eureka Springs. Also, I had accidentally left a favorite shirt in my room, and staff was courteous to find & save it for me until I could return for it.
Had to pay for breakfast at restaurant attached to motel lobby. Food was good and reasonable with friendly staff.
There was a tram stop across the street which made getting into town convenient.
Was it the nicest in town...no but the excellent friendly staff made up for it..the staff was the most friendly I have ever encountered at motel they were genuinely have wanted to know if you're enjoying your stay and enjoying their town.
Kathy has taken care of our family motel accommodations for a few years. It is always so nice to stay here . It's peaceful and quiet .
