The owner and his mother were so very friendly they even gave us a gift bag with bottled water and snacks. We have never been to any hotel/motel that has done that. The room was very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
Easily accessible. Although the gentleman at the front desk had an extremely heavy accent, hard to understand over the phone, he seemed to be very nice. Don't get me wrong I've been in worse motels, but I wouldn't recommend it as a lounging with family location.
We enjoyed our stay at the Budget Host Inn. Our room had three beds, which was really nice, and it was quite spacious -- plenty of room for ourselves, as well as three bikes!
This is an older motel on the edge of town, but the owners have kept the place clean. The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. Everything worked well, and it was a great value.

This motel is very clean and comfortable since Wyndham took over. The staff is extremely friendly, location is great. I have stayed here before during my travels and will stay here again
I liked the price. I liked the refrigerator/freezer, TV and location. The motel is in need of much repair; however, I noticed maintenance doing some repairs. It appears improvements are on the way.
Lovely clean motel, a little worn around the edges. Vintage decor. Plenty of room to lay down a yoga mat. Short drive to the Tall Grass Prairie Preserve.
