Hotel is right off the turnpike, clean, has plenty of parking and has friendly front desk staff. Out room was an excellent value and perfect for anyone passing through who just needs a comfortable bed and a break from the road. It is a no frills hotel/motel that’s in a safe area.
I liked that the management went out of their way to assist & help me. Made a mistake on the dates, tried to correct with booking.com ! What a horrible company! Worthless, no customer service, no email, get my wife & I to vote that booking.com is the fucking worst online company. Will never use again & gladly recommend not using your service.
Motel staff, BJ took care of us & did it above our expectations.
The room was recently remodeled. The only problem I had with it was the big stain on the bed spread. You know, a little detail and stain remover makes a big difference. It make it seem like you actually care about your guests. It makes the guest feel like they are not staying at a shabby “ No Tell Motel “. But you failed at that with me.
