The location is a 15-minute walk from Hyannis. There is plenty of parking. Nice staff. The bathtub was ok - not that old.

Pleasantly surprised! Nice and clean updated room, nice Cape Cod touch in the decor. We enjoyed the little bistro table outside our room, as well as the little garden area with BBQ that was open to guest. Cleaning was impeccable.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The manager is a welcoming and friendly person. The room clean and attractive. This was my second time staying at The Earl of Sandwich Motel. I would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.
Absolutely nothing. The motel was filthy. Mold on the exterior's overflowing. Mold spores pulling up the roof tiles, Dumpster behind the building had bags of trash and other objects over flowing into the parking lot.
The motel rooms have a homey feeling. The motel's premises are very peaceful and quiet, with big trees, flowers, garden, etc. If I had more time, I would stay here to "do nothing" for my soul to catch up with my body.
The charm of the motel and being centrally located to many things. The outside setting ws very cute bit we were not able to take advantage du to the weather.
The motel is set back from the the road in delightful landscaping including a duck pond with 3 very friendly geese. So much fun to bid them good night and good morning!
Lovely quaint motel in a beautiful setting. Close enough to but not in the middle of the "busyness" of Cape Cod! Very clean rooms with sliders overlooking a courtyard and pond! Very helpful staff and we even got fresh towels daily and trash removed from our room! Great stay!
