The sheets was dirty the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and it wasn't any pillows in the room. I had to go purchase bed linens I told the girl at the desk and she said that was something housekeeping had to handle. If I hadn't traveled so far and could have found another motel that had available rooms I would have left.
This is a horrible drug infested hotel. It’s dirty, out of date, unprofessional, terrible customer service and rude ghetto staff! Do not stay at this roach motel!!!
The motel location was excellent. The price for the room was decent and the decor was very nice. The staff were pleasant and approachable. Facility was very close to a number of area restaurants, eg. Waffle House, Panera Bread, McDonald's to name just a few!
