Spotless, quiet, comfortable room. Delightful, helpful staff. Fun amenities (fabulous ice cream! awesome bumper cars! mini golf! pool!) right on site. The retro vibe adds to the charm -- from the pink tile in the bathrooms to the old-school motel layout, little may have changed here since your parents and grandparents checked in (except for nicer mattresses), but there's also no pretentiousness here, just great value.

This motel is right on the ocean. It’s a rocky beachfront, but still on the ocean. Property and room immaculately clean. Rooms are small, but very clean and nicely decorated. All the kitchen necessities you need.

This place is an absolute hidden gem located in the most central part of Cape Cod. Our room was very clean and staff were kind and friendly when I requested information on beaches and restaurants. A very family friendly motel.

The parking and location were great. We had plans the whole time we were there and were only in the motel for sleeping after 11:30pm so we didn’t get to swim in the pool

The location cannot be beat - right on the water, beach is down the flight of stairs, the chaise lounge chairs for tanning are on the "main level" where the motel is. The beach/sand disappears at high tide and re-appears at low tide. Enjoyable at either time. Clear water, not much seaweed. At the beginning of July there were no jelly fish or anything like that. Kitchenette, but no dishwasher, which was ok.
