Water pressure extremely low. With water turned up as high as possible I turned the shower handset upside down and could only get the water to spray only 1 1/2" in the air. I was in this room back in December and the door trim had been broken in half on one side like someone had kicked the door in and broken the privacy lock of the wall. They had put a piece of silver tape over the door frame to seal out the air. I reported this then and it was still the same this trip. Staff seemed to think it was no big deal.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
This was the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a motel with the crust less spinach quiche and pork sausage patties The breakfast area was inviting as was the inclosed pool. The carpet throughout looked new and was clean and artistic
The location and breakfast were very good. The staff was excellent. It was an old motel that had been perfectly renovated. The room was like-new, the perfect size and was fitted with everything we needed. I should add that the beds were very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. They were easy to work with and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely stay there again. They had the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in in a motel.
Everything it was comfortable and the patio looking at the swimming pool swimming pool salt water. It’s not open right now but it will be summer. The staff are great. It was very very nice motel. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
This was the second time we stayed, and just like the first time, the room was very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful .a big nice clean pool ,Restaurants shopping, and all of this right off the Interstate .if you are traveling and need to stop, Best Western Thunderbird Motel is the place.
Just passing through and needed a decent place to stay. The reviews were good so we chose this one. The motel was a Very quiet area. I believe the place was almost full and we had No issues. Very roomy room with two sinks was a nice surprise. Has an outside elevator to the second floor.  The breakfast was decent and the staff very friendly. We did no go in the pool, but we did notice several people were enjoying it.
