I’m very familiar with the property from when I lived in Cocoa Beach. Even though it’s under different management now, the staff were as hospitable as ever. The friendly, local vibe is exactly what has made South Beach Inn one of the best places to stay in Cocoa Beach. That, and the location can’t be beat.

Loved this small inn in Cocoa area excellent location to the Downtown area and we had an event at the Riverfront park. Very accommodating staff and so friendly. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for your kindness. Quiet and peaceful.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
This motel was the worse I’ve ever seen. Disgustingly disappointing!!! Sheets were filthy and the employees looked filthy as well. Just gross. Someone Should shut this hell hole down!!!
Property was ok but the room no refrigerator I when in their was bugs in the bathroom towels were stained same as sheets I understand is a motel but for the $150 a payed it was not worth it the only thing I enjoyed was the pool that’s it .
Location right on beach next to pier. Nice room with balcony overlooking beach and separate seating area. We were visiting Kennedy Space Center and saw a rocket launch from our room.(There are various buildings and rooms at different price ranges, so be sure to book at the building/price range you want.) No restaurant, but a variety in walking distance plus other shops. Free parking and charging points for electric cars.
Our room was facing the beach and the little path down to the water. Can't beat the location! We loved that the motel is in a quiet area just north of the Air Force Base, so it's practically a private beach. If you choose to visit, it's all about that beach location and quiet vibe.
Location was amazing!!! Right there on the beach. Adorable little motel. Remote away from the busyness. Perfect for a weekend get away. Will definitely be coming back. Staff was super friendly.
I was very apprehensive about this motel due to the price of it. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and I did not see one bad review! Traveling 15 hours from home, with children, is never easy! Especially when you are staying somewhere new. I was not sure what to expect, but this motel exceeded our expectations. Yes, it does look to be a little outdated.. but the quality/price ratio was great! Steps away from the beach. Kitchenette. Clean. Spacious. We will absolutely be back!
