The area where it is located is very good, I loved the place, very cozy and beautiful, above all very clean, the staff was very attentive in every possible way.

The location was great! The owners/ staff was super sweet and friendly. As two young woman we felt really safe and our room was nice and clean. Spacious room with a little kitchen. The pool area was also good.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!! 10/10 would recommend and the price is just fair.

We're never disappointed here ... The place has a real individual feel about it amongst all the big international hotels. You're greeted as one of the family and treated as such during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable and are built around a small but perfectly adequate pool, and there's a deck out back where you can sit with your coffee and watch the sunrise. Added to that car parking is free. If you're looking for a few days of "Island life" with a real feel of old Florida... This is the place for you. The owner (Stacey) does everything she can to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Thanks Stacey... We will return.

Beautifully decorated apartment really modern and exceeded our expectations. We wanted to spend our last night in Florida in a traditional motel style accommodation. Beds were really Comfortable, spotless throughout and a quick and easy no fuss check in all sent to my phone! Wish we were there for longer.
Charming remodel of older style motel. Basic and comfortable with many upscale finishes. Location on Gulf To Bay was great advantage, of course with traffic noise. Bed and bath were very nice.
This was a totally "contactless" accommodation with text, email, and code to enter room. I never did meet hosts, but they responded within minutes to any question.
It was just ok, pictures are deceiving a bit. It is a renoed old motor lodge but the renos are cheaply done. Paint splatters all over the floors. an extension cord run through a wall to plug in the tv which was painted over. Free laundry was nice.

You have great price/value/service for what you pay here. He charges for parking and early check-in but the cost is appropriate and collected in cash upon checking in.
It is not a four star hotel...it is a family run motel and they show pride of ownership.
If you want breakfast, coffee and constant room cleaning and all the other things from a chain hotel, this isn't your place. You'll pay for that...this is NOT that.
