The first room I got the smell like urine and feces in the bathroom the second room we were moved the sink was clogged out with food , It was a disaster also debris of pallets outside with nails dirty parking lot and people smoking marijuana. I had to move out and pay another motel next door.
The motel has been recently remodeled. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and wanted to make sure our stay was good.
Didn't have the breakfast. Area is staying to be rundown alot of what I would call homeless people in the area! The restaurant inside the motel is great price and food was reasonable.
I love to stay here. It's always clean ,quite,very friendly staff.safe area. Convenient to everything. We come to Chattanooga alot for hospital stays . We come the day before and it's the only place I will stay now. I've tried 1 other motel and I'll never go back there. Bad experience. Comfort inn downtown will always be my choice.
