Staff was nice. Much above average in pleasant verbal interaction. Nice, and cute, staircase from lobby to 2nd floor. I like using the stairs, but stairs in hotels can be out of the way and scary. Bedding of one of the beds seemed clean. Chairs and carpet seemed clean. Room overall seemed cleaner than the average motel. Room was pleasantly decorated.
The room was very clean and quiet. The kitchen appliances were new and clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. We needed a motel that was pet friendly and the price was very reasonable. The revues I read were very good, so my expectations were pretty high.
The staff was very pleasurable. The accommodations with my dog was amazing. I was very appreciative of the manager. I was in a real tough spot and he was caring and understanding. Can't thank him enough. No dog discrimination here. All are welcome. Thank you to the whole staff at Motel 6 in Urbana Illinois.
The free breakfast was really good. A nice variety and everything was tasty. We loved the good smelling toiletries that were provided in the bathroom. And the Alexa in the room was great for playing music. Great location, plenty of free parking and a nice modern feel to the hotel and room.
Absolutely nothing. Since booking I thought it would be a nice hotel but it gave motel vibes and they require $100 deposit upon checking in. Get to the room and it immediately made me itch and start checking for roaches and of course they had roaches. I am expecting a full refund in 3-5 business days literally not worth $171.19. Worse choice of my life and a huge waste of money.
