Looking for a motel?
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

This is a beautiful old hotel with a gorgeous lobby and a nice mural in the parking lot. Despite liking the old hotel building, we were happy to stay in the cheaper motel units These were completely adequate and comfortable. At the low price I paid, I was pleased to find shampoo, conditioner, and two different soap bars. Although there is no breakfast at the hotel, there is coffee in the lobby and full breakfast options close by.

This motel is the best value for the money spent, as well as the rooms are kept in very good condition. The rooms are quiet and clean.

Based upon some of the motel's safety precautions, the area seemed a bit sketchy. We were also told that the facility would be undergoing renovations in the near future. That being said, the fridge, shower and wifi worked well. When we asked for an extra pillow, it was provided. There was a reasonably priced laundry room right near our room. The motel was in the famous uptown historic district, quite near many of Butte's main attractions. All in all, it was a worthwhile stay.

The staff was very courteous. Check in was easy. I stayed here last year and found it to be good. I really appreciate that my dog was able to stay there! It's the reason I chose the hotel/motel.

This is a great historic hotel in the historic district of Butte. There are two sections of the hotel, one is a motor lodge-type section and the other is the historic tower built in 1924. If you want the tower, be sure you choose it, otherwise, you might be booking the motor lodge.

Booking.com booked a room for me, but when I got to Motel 6 there were no rooms. I am receiving a full refund and will never use Booking.com again.

We recently stayed at another motel in Butte and were disappointed. Our room at Wingate was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect and easy to control. The check in was quick and efficient. We will always stay here on future trips through Montana!

Very helpful staff. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, and a very nice young man named Mike went above & beyond to help us get our luggage into the motel.
