This is literally the best hotel in Blanding UT , In case that you don’t know this a very small city and there is only 5 hotel / motel in town and this one is the best one
The rooms are bid and clean , comfortable beds , it have Keurig type of code make ( there is NO Starbucks in town )

There was everything you need for a short stay. The motel has an old school vibe which was somehow charming. They even had a complimentary breakfast wich was not mentioned while booking.
Very friendly owners. Clean rooms with everything I needed. They offer free breakfast by the way. Simple but good. Fresh fruits, Toast, hard boiled eggs, French Toastvand cereals I think.
Definitely one of the better 2star motels, and I would stay there again.
