Room was large enough and had recently been renovated. The furniture was new along with the floor and the bathroom. It needs more decoration and a better microwave/fridge situation. It wasn't very homey but was good for 1 night. It was very clean. The front desk person was friendly and accommodating.

We were disappointed there wasn’t a complementary breakfast. We did love the lunch buffet though. Beautiful restaurant and staff! Love the friendly staff and cleanliness of the motel. The best sheets I’ve used in a motel/hotel in a while!
The motel was well situated for travelling around Lancaster County. The complementary tour was excellent. The deck overlooking Amish farmland at the back is lovely and peaceful.
I've stayed here several times. There is a complimentary mini bus tour that drives through the back roads while the driver points out and explains the Amish and Mennonite customs. It also stops at two businesses along the route. Call ahead to reserve seats. The motel is always clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly. There is a deck overlooking the farmland to relax on as well a nice pool.
They did not serve breakfast but the breakfast at Amish Family Restaurant was excellent. It was only 2 min. away plus the motel gave us a 20 percent coupon to use on any meal.
The breakfast was amazing! Best of any motels I have ever been to!
