The room was large and clean. Bed was good. Be aware this is a motel. No elevators. A bit dated. Cannot complain about the room at all. Front desk staff nice. Location was ok but realize this is not “downtown”. Several homeless individuals sroynd though they did not bother us. ALDIs next door. We did not do the breakfast as it is not included and the cost was $11 per person. Would be nice to have that included in the cost of the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Location was great. We were in a hurry, so missed out on the breakfast. In town for the Fantasy Renaissance Faire (Rentopia). It was a good time, great city. Felt safe at this motel.
The highlight was the cleanliness and functionality of the bedroom. Very well thought out and attractive decor. The bathroom was immaculate, with good quality soaps and lotions and absolutely spotless. For a pick-up-and-go breakfast it was very good. Plenty of choice and good coffee. Plenty of parking close to the main door.
The Shuttle was on time picking us up from the airport, and the driver was friendly. It was late, and we were so happy to not have to deal with finding the motel in the dark.
They also shuttled us back to the airport to pickup our rental car. Nice facility, clean, and the beds were Comfortable!
The motel was located 8 miles out of town😑! The address was not recognizable by anyone we asked because the location was on a very small street that no one knew about. The motels location should really be listed on Hwy 12 like the maps show, which would make its number much larger & more easily found. Way too confusing!!!!
This was a very nice motel and the price "wow" so much cheaper than the others in Rogers. In a very quiet area and nicely maintained inside and out. Very pleased with my stay.
Nothing room was smelly, dirty and disgusting we spent one night and had to go to a different hotel.the desk staff non response and advised no other rooms were available.we inquired about cancellation policy and were advised to contact booking .com you all know how that works both sides pass the buck and take no responsibility. We were charged$328.02 for one night and then had to get a different motel. I will be posting a ver bad review on every possibly site unless you stand behind your no cancellation policy.
It was grab and go. It was okay.
My gripe is with the booking.com company. Had I known before I reserved a room that the motel was under renovation, we would not have booked!
