Because of the weather, I could not reach your motel in Belgrade MT. Unfreefondable is unacceptable. Huge snow storm in Bozeman and the room I booked.... i could not even get to your motel. Shame on you in this ever climate changing area for not allowing a refund. I will never book with you again. Playing on weather misfortunes is bad business, especially in Montana in January. I will spread the word about Booking.com.

We were put in a basement room. Strange odor throughout hallway. Staff struggled with computer, check in and was dealing with several other issues with other guests. Front desk was taking personal phone calls rather than dealing with motel related business.
